The FT18 is a heavy-duty front-trigger spray nozzle engineered for demanding industrial washdown environments. A single-piece stainless steel body with stainless steel valve stem and internals delivers long-term durability. The replaceable nitrile rubber cover provides temperature insulation and impact protection, while the front-loading cartridge design makes field servicing straightforward. All components are user-serviceable and rebuild kits are readily available.

The RT12 is a heavy-duty rear-trigger spray nozzle available in stainless steel or nickel-plated lead-free bronze, with cover color options in black, red, or white. The stainless steel stem and internal trim are common to both body materials. Spray pattern adjusts from fan spray to solid jet, giving operators precise control over spray intensity and reach. The ½" NPT inlet connection is compatible with standard washdown station hose fittings.

The RTB16 is a lightweight yet rugged mini spray nozzle built for washdown applications where a compact, easy-to-handle tool is preferred. Available in lead-free bronze or stainless steel, it shares the same rear-trigger design and variable spray pattern as the full-size RT12 but in a smaller form factor. Seals are Viton® and nitrile for broad chemical compatibility and temperature resistance.

The AKRHP02-R-L40 is a heavy-duty 316 stainless steel hot water spray lance designed for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown applications. The 40 cm lance extension provides reach into confined spaces and elevated surfaces where a standard nozzle cannot access. TEFLON®/Air isolation between the hot water path and the operator's hand grip keeps the handle cool even at maximum temperature. A reinforced safety trigger with trigger guard, rubber skirt adapter heat protection, and a controllable nozzle — adjustable from broad spray to strong jet — round out the design. Not rated for steam service.
