Washdown Hose – Extruded
Our standard extruded 5/8" washdown hose features a smooth extruded rubber cover and FDA IIR rubber tube, making it well-suited for hot water service in food processing, dairy, and industrial environments. Rated for 300 PSIG working pressure and 200°F maximum temperature. Available in black, red, and white for color-coded zone identification, in 25-foot length increments from 25 to 100 feet. Each assembly ships with ½" × ¾" male NPT swivel ends in your choice of stainless steel or brass.

Premium Wrapped Washdown Hose
This premium wrapped 5/8" washdown hose is built for demanding industrial and food-processing environments. The FDA IIR rubber tube is compatible with hot water service up to 200°F and rated for 300 PSIG working pressure. A smooth wrapped rubber cover resists abrasion and is easy to clean. Hose is available in black, red, and white for color-coded zone identification, and in 25-foot length increments from 25 to 100 feet. Each assembly ships with ½" × ¾" male NPT swivel ends in your choice of stainless steel or brass.
